Birthday child can pick out the theme for her cookies. 

Each child will have either a chocolate, vanilla, or funfetti cupcake to decorate.

Each guest upon arrival will get an apron to decorate and a bottle of water 

Round 1: taste round: each guest will select a flavor of cupcake, the will get to create flavored frostings and fillings and decorate with various toppings. 

Round 2: decoration round: each guest gets 2 cupcakes that they can customize with flavored frosting, filling, and toppings.
